VoIP/SIP Engineer
You will be designing, configuring and installing IP telephony solutions over IP networks. The role will also involve the ongoing maintenance and support of systems after implementation, including providing 2nd line VOIP support to customers over the phone and by email. The right candidate will have experience of building and configuring Asterix PBX software, including writing dial plans and AGI programming. In addition, you must have in depth knowledge of SIP and a general understanding of networking issues affecting VOIP, VPN, VLAN and NAT traversal. Your flexible team based work ethic will be supplemented by excellent communication and time management skills.
Part time Partner Sales Executive
You will be responsible for selling a wide range of business Internet solutions and associated services to new and existing customers over the telephone. Working as part of a well established sales team at our Telford office, you’ll be making outbound calls, as well as receiving inbound calls to manage existing clients and generate new business opportunities. Your proven track record will have ideally been gained in a similar targeted business to business telephone sales role. In addition, to a good basic remuneration this position has excellent commission opportunities and holds genuine prospects to accelerate your career.
The hours of work for this position are 21 hours per week, 1.15pm – 5.30pm Monday – Thursday, and 1.15pm – 5.00pm on a Friday.
Technical Support Operative
Working within the established First Line Support Team, you will be giving help and technical support to Internet users and Resellers over the telephone and by e-mail. The right candidate will be a technically competent Internet enthusiast; with excellent communication skills supplemented by a good general understanding of all Microsoft based operating systems. This position operates with rotational shift patterns covering the hours of 8am – 10pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm Saturday & Sunday (5 days - 38 ¼ hours per week).
