Good team players with a flexible approach to working hours are required. You will be picking and packing orders ready for despatch, receiving deliveries, and locating stock within the warehouse. Previous warehouse experience is essential, preferably with a forklift truck licence. The hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday: 1.30pm – 10.00pm, Friday: 1.00pm – 9.00pm
Internal Product Sales Consultants
Working as part of a well established sales team, you’ll be making outbound as well as receiving inbound calls to promote the sale of branded PC products and systems and networking and communications equipment. This targeted role involves managing existing clients, generating new opportunities, communicating with the manufacturer regarding sales plans, and attending occasional external meetings/product demonstrations with key customers. Your proven track record will have ideally been gained in a similar intensive sales environment. In addition to a good basic remuneration this position has excellent commission opportunities.
Sales Team Leader
You will support, mentor and monitor a small team, whilst identifying and driving forward initiatives for continuous improvement within the department. Equally importantly, by supporting and motivating, you will create a team environment to deliver results and exceed expected targets. In addition, you will also be generating business by managing a small set of existing customers, working towards your own personal/team target and resolving escalated sales support queries. Your proven sales team leadership, time management and sales ability will ideally have been gained in a similar fast moving environment. Technical Service Team Leader
You will support, mentor and monitor a small team in providing excellent technical support and customer service to our customers, whilst identifying and driving forward initiatives for continuous improvement within the department. In addition, you will be providing technical support, resolving escalated queries and credit requests, and also analysing customer returns/service reports. Your proven support/service team leadership, time management and customer service skills will ideally be supplemented by PC and Server hardware knowledge.
We are currently looking to recruit a PHP Programmer / Developer to complement the existing development team. You will assist in delivering and maintaining web based management interfaces and reporting solutions for the company. Ideally, you be looking to start building a career in web development, and have some experience of software development and knowledge of relational databases, with the ability to solve mathematical and logical problems in a practical manner. Equally important, you will know how to prioritise, estimate project time and work to deadlines.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will assist with the production of management accounts and completion of month end procedures, prepare monthly and quarterly VAT returns, and analyse the profit and loss account. You will also review company systems and procedures, assess internal controls and complete ad-hoc project and audit work. The right candidate will be an Accounting Graduate or AAT qualified, with a minimum of two years experience within an accounting environment. You will have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure, be highly literate in most Microsoft packages, and ideally have knowledge of Sage Line 500 and internal audit processes.
Customer Service Assistant
You will be heavily involved in resolving customer service related queries by phone and e-mail while maintaining our bespoke database. In addition, you will also be actively progressing broadband orders over the phone and electronically on behalf of our partners with our suppliers. The right candidate will have at least 12 months customer service experience within a call centre or similar environment, be literate in most Microsoft packages, and have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure to prioritise a busy workload.
