Entanet receives recognition from channel with award nominations

For the second year in a row Entanet has been recognised by the channel and short listed for two prestigious awards – The Channel Network Award for Service Provider Channel Programme and The CRN Channel Award for Specialist Vendor of the Year - Products or Services.

Entanet was short listed for the Channel Network Award after receiving several nominations from channel Partners. “We are delighted to be short listed. It’s good to know that our Partners recognise and value our commitment to the channel so much so that they are prepared to nominate us for this award.” said Entanet Marketing Manager, Darren Farnden.

One of the channel Partners that nominated Entanet is Vivacity Broadband, an ISP that focuses on addressing the voice and data connectivity needs of home and SoHo customers. Explaining why he nominated Entanet, Managing Director Karl Prust said: “Entanet’s Partner programme and the professionalism it applies to its services and support simplifies our day-to-day operations and has had a hugely positive impact on our business. They deserve to be recognised for what they do for the channel.”

Defending the CRN award won by Entanet last year (2006) could prove testing. “This category is always fiercely contested and this year is no exception” said Farnden. “Thanks to the support from Partners and customers, last year’s win was a great achievement for us and we are counting on their support to help us win again this year.” Partners and customers can vote for Entanet by visiting CRN’s official website www.channelawards.net.

Entanet’s sister company Enta Technologies has also received channel recognition with a nomination in the Distributor Channel Programme for the Channel Network Awards and is short listed finalist in two categories in the CRN awards for “Software Distributor of the Year” and “Networking Distributor of the Year.”

The Channel Network Awards will be held at The London Hilton, Park Lane London on October 11th 2007. The winners of the CRN Awards will be announced on the 22nd November at Battersea Park Arena, London.
