Entanet Wins Specialist Vendor of the Year Award

24th November 2006

Leading voice and data connectivity provider Entanet has won the most open and hotly contested accolades in the 2006 CRN Channel Awards. At a packed awards ceremony on Thursday 23rd November at Battersea Park Arena in London, the company collected the award for "Specialist Vendor of the Year - Products or Services" in recognition of its service to Partners and Customers.

The category was contested for by other recognised channel vendors of Internet connectivity, equipment sourcing, data networking, IP telephony support and mobility solutions. Commenting on the win, Entanet Managing Director John Tsai said: "This is a fantastic result after what's been a nail biting time since we were short listed. We're very proud to gain the recognition for what we've been doing to equip and support our channel Partners and customers over the past year. I'd like to especially thank all those Partners and customers who voted for us and to our teams who've worked hard to deliver the service they clearly enjoy."

Entanet's entry was selected by the CRN Channel Awards judges against four other vendors' - ITDealer.com, Networks First, Griffin and Symbol Technologies - back in August. Between then and mid October it was down to resellers and customers to vote for their favourite vendor at the official awards website. The short listed companies received no indication as to how many votes they gained, even on the ceremony night.
