Customer Service Assistant

You will be heavily involved in resolving customer service related queries by phone and e-mail while maintaining our bespoke database. In addition, you will also be actively progressing broadband orders over the phone and electronically on behalf of our partners with our suppliers. The right candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be literate in most Microsoft packages, and have the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure to prioritise a busy workload.

Graphic Designer

You will be involved in taking on and interpreting creative briefs from internal and external clients, project managing from initial concept to print production. Working alongside the Marketing team at our Telford office, your responsibilities will also include the production and design of company literature and advertising. You must have experience working on Graphic (web/print) based design, with a working knowledge of the following applications; Adobe Fireworks InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark Express with HTML being an advantage. Excellent visual design skills will be complemented by a sound knowledge of print processes. The role requires someone with a strong creative ability, an eye for detail, as well as good knowledge of design practice and procedures.

PHP Web Developers

Experienced Web Programmers are required to compliment our existing busy IT team, providing up to the minute solutions to support our customers. You will be constructing management interfaces and CRM functions to support the company’s products and services. Ideally, with 2-3 years programming experience, you will have previously worked with functions and classes, laying out databases using look up tables and manipulating them via PHP. The successful candidate will have proven knowledge of PHP/ MySQL and CSS, an understanding of Apache set up is useful.

Customer Support Operatives

Working within the established First Line Support Team, you will be giving help and technical support to Internet users and Resellers over the telephone and by e-mail. The right candidates will be Internet enthusiasts; with excellent communication skills supplemented by a good general understanding of all Microsoft based operating systems. This position operates with rotational shift patterns covering the hours of 8am - 10pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday & Sunday (5 days - 38 1/4 hours per week).
