Have you and your customers encountered issues with the existing MAC system and will the new one solve these?


    We haven’t had any issues with the current MAC process and think this is unnecessary

Does the UK need to re-evaluate its own data retention laws and should ISPs still be expected to retain and provide data to GCHQ etc?


    Yes, a review is required to ensure our laws are ‘valid’ but I expect little to change

Is the European Parliament right to protect net neutrality by law or should ISPs be able to prioritise traffic and charge content providers?


    I agree with the EP. Net neutrality should be protected
