ISPA awards Entanet for Best Business Fixed Broadband
12th July 2013
Wholesale Communications Provider Entanet has again been acknowledged for its leadership position in the UK connectivity market, picking up the award for Best Business Fixed Broadband in the prestigious 2013 ISPA Awards held at the Park Lane Sheraton hotel, London, on 11th July.
Neil Watson, Entanet’s Head of Service Operations, was presented the award by Kelly Fiveash, Networks Correspondent at The Register and a member of the ISPA panel of judges. Entanet was chosen following two months rigorous technical testing of its business broadband service as well as review of its entry by the panel.
Commenting on the award, Watson said: “Among impressive peers in this category, we’re delighted to win this award. Serving the channel and their customers with innovative products, strong reliability, proactive customer and technical support and an overall good customer experience is what all of our staff constantly aim to achieve and I know this win means a lot to them.”
As well as the technical testing, the panel of judges considered the strengths of Entanet’s business broadband in terms of value for money, order to delivery time, geographical availability, options and speeds, network innovation and IPv6 capability among other criteria. This latest accolade backs up Entanet’s existing acknowledgement as Best Channel Wholesale Service Provider which was awarded in the Comms National Awards.
Entanet partners with both wholesale customers who want to create their own broadband proposition and resellers who want the simplicity of selling our 'ready-made' resalable packages. Both utilise the company’s national next generation network and provide ADSL, ADSL2+, FTTC and FTTP options. More information is available on our business broadband page.
