Sales Support Executive
Working within the Entanet Sales Team this role is to support the sales staff with the quotation & order process and to engage with Channel partners to assist in closing new business opportunities. This will involve supporting the sales team in the efficient handling of closing or qualification and conversion of leads, ensuring quotes are processed accurately and within the target time. Sending quotes directly to partners, actively follow up on quotes. Generating Sales Orders and updating both the sales team and the Partners with progress. Updating the systems to ensure the sales information is accurate and up to date, as well as looking to identify improvements to the sales administration process. Liaise with Credit Control department to gain approval of orders. Liaise with the Provisioning department upon approval of Credit Control and provide general administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months administrative experience in a contact centre or office environment. Confident communication skills both written and via telephone. The ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure with a tenacious nature to resolve Customer issues. Good word processor, email and data entry skills are important as well as good organisational skills. Previous experience working in the connectivity/telecoms sector would also be an advantage.
The opportunity has arisen to join Entanet’s Marketing team at a really exciting time in the Company’s development. As an experienced Marketing Executive reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be expected to immediately make a significant contribution to the myriad of planned activities that the team is responsible for completing.
Entanet is evolving as a new breed of wholesaler to the voice and data channel, empowering partners to differentiate themselves in a competitive market by capitalising on our UK-wide network and CityFibre’s independent full fibre footprint, our extensive portfolio of services and our reputation for excellence.
You’ll need to be a seasoned team player but also be able to lead and see projects through to completion yourself, both short and longer term. We want you to help us position Entanet effectively in the market, maintain our strong channel profile, attract and convert new customers and reinforce our existing partners’ belief that they made the right decision to work with us.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating online and offline content from scratch, preparing targeted inbound and outbound campaigns, researching markets, profiling potential partners and completing a host of other marketing actions. You’ll need to have superior communication skills, both written and verbal, and have an organised and creative approach with strong attention to detail.
Provisioning Agent (Level 1)
Working in the Provisioning Team, the role of Provisioning Agent (L1) is to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to efficiently process and deliver Entanet telecommunication customer solutions. The role includes proactively processing all orders ensuring all defined KPI’s and SLA’s are met and exceeded where possible. This will involve placing new orders, order amendments and service ceases with suppliers expediently. Recording all data accurately in our business systems to ensure billing and customer invoices are accurate. In addition, the agent will provide after sales service up to the point of delivery.
The successful candidate will have GCSE’s in Maths and English or equivalent, 12 months experience in a non-retail customer service role, well organised, calm under pressure and passionate about Customer Service excellence. Telecoms industry experience is desirable.
Senior Software Development Project Manager
A vacancy has arisen for a Senior Software Development Project Manager reporting into the Software Development Programme Manager. The chosen candidate will be the guardian of projects, collaborating with the entire project team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully within the Agile framework. You will work closely with the Product Owner to guarantee that the Development Solution Team provides the project solution required in regular, iterative cycles and communicates progress to the business and, where applicable, to external clients clearly and consistently.
This role will involve leading sprint meetings, daily stand-ups and stakeholder meetings, facilitating technical workshops and training sessions, maintaining product literature and documentation within Confluence, empowering the Development Solution Team to deliver the required project solution and communicating progress to key stakeholders and external clients. The role will also identify and manage project risks, coordinate resources across the business, exercise change management and control the scope of the project, all to ensure that the correct project requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile project management principles with experience in leading Agile project delivery within the IT industry. You will have a proven success of delivering software projects and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will be well organised, highly self-motivated with the ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly and present ideas clearly and concisely. Good analytical and problem solving abilities are also essential.
Technical Support Operative
Working in the Entanet Technical Support Team this role provides telephone and email support 24/7/365 including the logging of issues on the internal company systems. Collaboration with internal support teams to achieve efficient fault resolution. To provide continued support out of hours. Configure new accounts, administer server and domain names. Proactively contact the key customers to ensure high quality service is maintained. Keep up to date with the company’s service and product offering and suggesting improvements to working practices. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the telecoms sector and networking principles. Experience of dealing with internet services such as DSL, domain hosting, email and VoIP an advantage. You must have good telephone and written skills, be able to work calmly under pressure from customers and suppliers. You will be organised and passionate about delivering customer service excellence. Good MS Office skills are a requirement and knowledge of MAC OS would be advantageous.

Your training will...
Start with a 12 month ICT Professional Competence (IT Procom) apprenticeship, which consists of day release at the local college and on site training with an assessor visit once every 4-5 weeks.
You will gain a Level 2 Diploma in ICT professional Competence with the potential to move onto the Level 3.
What happens when I finish my apprenticeship...
Successful apprentices will have the opportunity of a firm position within the company.
