Customer Relationship Manager
Working in the Entanet Service Department, reporting into the Head of Service, this role will be responsible for managing the relationships between the organisation and their key clients, ensuring that the needs of the customers are being satisfied; with the aim of providing excellent customer service and to promote this ethos throughout the entire organisation. The Customer Relationship Manager will not only solve customer requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer's experience.
A key requirement of the role is to own the service review process, aswell as the customer onboarding process, and undertake the reviews in conjunction with other stakeholders within the business to ensure clients are satisfied with our services. You will need to alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales with key clients whilst also developing and maintaining our relationships with them.
You will need to achieve client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Head of Service and work closely with the marketing team to carry out client satisfaction surveys and complete all necessary follow-ups as well as measure all elements of the service provided.
You must have knowledge of ISO 9001 and ITIL. A knowledge of ISO27001 would be beneficial. You will have experience of building and managing customer relationships, conducting service reviews and reports and experience of customer satisfaction reporting and creating continuous improvement plans. A track record of effectively handling complex customers is also key.
The ideal candidate must be able to lead and influence colleagues, possess strong interpersonal skills; a natural communicator with excellent planning skills, as well as being hardworking with a strong work ethic.
It is desirable that the candidate has knowledge of the Communications industry.
Provisioning Agent (L1)
Working in the Provisioning Team, the role of Provisioning Agent (L1) is to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to efficiently process and deliver Entanet telecommunication customer solutions. The role includes proactively processing all orders ensuring all defined KPI’s and SLA’s are met and exceeded where possible. This will involve placing new orders, order amendments and service ceases with suppliers expediently. Recording all data accurately in our business systems to ensure billing and customer invoices are accurate. In addition, the agent will provide after sales service up to the point of delivery.
The successful candidate will have GCSE’s in Maths and English or equivalent, 12 months experience in a non-retail customer service role, well organised, calm under pressure and passionate about Customer Service excellence. Telecoms industry experience is desirable.
A vacancy has arisen for a Software Developer to complement the existing busy development team. You will be a key proponent within projects involving the Software Development Department and collaborate with the entire project team to ensure that projects are delivered successfully, within the Agile Framework, translating business requirements into solutions for internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for driving continuous improvement within the department by streamlining existing processes and bringing in new ideas. You will also be required to provide information to the Technical Direction team in order to assist and support the delivery and maintenance of platform investments.
Given the nature of the role the successful candidate will need to be a strong communicator, to be a team player with demonstrable drive, to have the aptitude to learn and the ability to manage a demanding workload. Experience in leading or assisting in Agile project delivery, knowledge of the telecommunications industry and user knowledge of JIRA and Confluence are an advantage but not essential.
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will be required to engage with and generate new opportunities from dormant accounts, old contacts and customers who have placed little business with Entanet, qualify new leads and trade applications on to the business.
The key part of this role will be contacting customer by telephone and email who receive active services but have not placed new business with the Company in the last 6 months. Customers who are registered but currently do not take any services or any other target customer lists as provided by the Company.
Where potential business is identified, these leads must be qualified and the either progressed to win new business within the portfolio of the Telesales Executive or passed onto the relevant Sales Executive or Consultant to pursue the opportunity to conclusion.
The role includes hitting key telesales KPI’s whilst entering accurate date on the CRM system for each contact and providing monthly reports on progress.
The successful candidate will have good written and verbal skills and ideally have experience of telesales and the Telecoms Channel Industry. They will need to be organised, confident, a good team player and a self starter.
Infrastructure Project Manager
A vacancy has arisen for an Infrastructure Project Manager reporting into the NOC Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering network and other infrastructure projects to time, budget and quality. Leading technical and other project resources from NOC, group and 3rd parties as required, he or she will work closely with Project Sponsors of multiple projects to ensure that the project team delivers the desired business outcomes and manages transition to live service whilst clearly and consistently communicating progress to the company and, where applicable, to external stakeholders.
The role will involve liaising with Product Sponsors to ensure clear project deliverables, creating and updating appropriate project documentation, leading project and stakeholder meetings, coordinating resources across the business to deliver projects, collaborate with 3rd parties and external clients, facilitate technical workshops and training sessions, communicate progress to key stakeholders and external clients, control scope of projects, identify and manage project issues and project risks, document and publish lessons learned and deliver project handover documentation.
The successful candidate will be well organised, highly self-motivated with the ability to manage conflict and influence others along with the ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills including effective prioritisation and execution of tasks under pressure.
Previous Infrastructure Project Management experience is essential. Prince2 Practitioner, an IT related Degree and/or ITIL Foundation would be beneficial. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry would also be desirable.
Pre-Sales Technical Consultant
Reporting to the Pre-Sales Technical Manager, you will provide technical consultancy for the Sales team on complex communication solutions for customers using the full range of the companies products portfolio.
You will need to attend meetings with potential partners and end user customers to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution. Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally. Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders. Create internal design documentation including network diagrams with detailed technical specification documentation. Work with Product Management and NOC to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products. Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
The successful candidate will have good product knowledge of Ethernet, ADSL, PSTN, VoIP, MPLS networks, PWANs/IP VPN, Firewalls, IP addresses and DNS. Experience in Telecom/Data/Network design. Good communication skills, both written and verbal and good presentation skills. Knowledge of Telecoms Channel Industry, Channel Sales and Consultative Selling are desireable.
