Technical Service Analyst
Working in the Entanet Technical Service Team this role provides support to our partners via telephone and email for all solutions and services provided to partners, offering advice and guidance whilst logging all issues on the internal company systems.
Responsibilities include but not limited to, undertaking basic data centre management duties such as remote assistance, scheduling customer visits and maintenance for customer equipment, seeing incidents to resolution by working with suppliers and contracted engineers.
Collaboration with internal support and systems teams to achieve efficient fault resolution. Keep up to date with the company’s service and product offering and suggesting improvements to working practices.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of the telecoms sector and networking principles. Experience of dealing with internet services such as DSL, leased lines, domain hosting, email and VoIP. Knowledge of Cisco routers & switches and firewall experience would be an advantage. You must have good telephone and written skills, be able to work under pressure from customers and suppliers and be able to drive complex issues through to resolution.
