The sky’s the limit
If you want to be appreciated for your hard work, have your talent embraced, creativity encouraged and be inspired every day then we’re the right choice for you. We’re one of those companies that means it when we say our people are our greatest asset, so our whole approach is geared to helping you achieve your full potential and reach the career highs that you’re aiming for. In fact, the only thing that can hold you back is yourself.
A business with all the corporate seriousness, minus the bureaucracy
We don’t believe in hierarchy as a status marker, for us it simply defines responsibilities and accountability. We think open-door policies are too restrictive too, so we have a ‘no-door’ approach instead. To foster the feeling that we’re all equal as work colleagues, promote open communication and appreciate what each of us does every day, all of our people share the same office space - including our senior management team.
Work hard, play hard
Whether it’s a simple night out at a local pub or black-tie do’s in posh London hotels, we take every opportunity we can to know our people better.
We care to make a difference - in and outside of our business
As well as being dedicated to our employees, we’re also committed to making a positive difference in our local community. Every year we support a range of local causes - Telford-based Severn Hospice and Birmingham Women’s Hospital have been recent beneficiaries of money raised by staff at the sporting, social and dress-down events that we run throughout the year. Our commitment in this regard forms part of our approach to Corporate Social Responsibility.

Paul North, Sales Manager
I joined Entanet in 2006 as a Technical Support Agent and have had nothing but support to develop my career. Working here is proof that you don’t need to be in the Big City to be successful. You’re challenged to reach your full potential and encouraged to experience other roles within the company if there’s an area that’s a better fit for your career.
Wayne Hawtin, Systems and Process Analyst
The thing I like most about Entanet is that the company is forward thinking and encourages us to embrace new technology. Not only does that keep the company at the forefront of the comms industry, but it’s also great from a professional development point of view!
Zoe Wood, Credit Controller
I’ve been working at Entanet since October 1995 and I wouldn’t still be here if I didn’t love my job! Every day brings its own challenges so I’m continually learning new skills, but the best bit for me is knowing that I personally make a difference to the customers that I work with.
Sian Russon, Customer Service Team Leader
Entanet is like a family away from home. It’s great to be part of a company that you can see growing and where your efforts visibly shape the way the business develops. There’s always something new to learn and that makes progression a possibility - you’re never bored here that’s for sure!
Shannon Thomas, HR Administrator
The culture and the company’s ability to understand people is what makes Entanet one of the best places to work in the West Midlands. The company supports and rewards hard work and talent - you’re always encouraged to reach for the stars!
Conor Murphy, Pre-Sales Technical Consultant
Entanet provides a relaxed office environment and the opportunity to work with a great team, but it's easily the opportunities to learn new skills and grow within the company that makes this such a great place to work. I was promoted after only seven months as a first line technical support agent - it’s encouraging to know that the management here recognise and reward hard work.
