What I love about the synergi interface is the huge amounts of information it provides, both on products we currently purchase and those we might be interested in. The commercial and training documentation available that explains both how to do something and provides background information on key products is by far the best of any provider I have used. I don't even have to call my account manager anymore I just use synergi to find what I need.
Similarly I like that I can place orders, see the status and then review the order whenever I need to. The interface is modern and user friendly and I find the navigation simple and easy to use. I especially love that it remembers which tabs I had open from my last login. It is a very intuitive system that helps make regular account management tasks faster and simpler and it is actually making me look at the additional services available from Entanet, encouraging me to expand my current business with the company.
